We are shipping our lithographs with the transporter DHL and will update you about your tracking number to follow your delivery once it left our logistic center in Paris.
Delivery will happen within 24 hours of dispatch if the order has to be delivered in France.
In European countries it will take 2-3 days.
When the order has to be delivered abroad it will take 4 to 10 days, depending on the customs process to be closed.
For each delivery, you will be sent an email with your tracking number and an estimated date for the delivery of your item. If you check your tracking number on DHL website, you have different options such as rescheduling delivery to a different date, leaving it with a neighbour or sending to a local depot for collection.
The delivery charge is based on the subtotal of the item(s) in your basket before discounts and delivery pricing is applied to your order.
The cost of your delivery will depend about the size, weight, type of product ordered and the shipping destination.
You can calculate the shipping costs previously in the checkout process before confirming your order.
Can I track the progress of my order ?
Yes, thanks to our live tracking system. Once you’ve placed an order, go to ‘My orders’ (you’ll be prompted to log in if you’re not already) where you’ll see all the products you’ve bought. Select an item and we’ll take you to a tracking page that’ll tell you exactly where it is.
It's been longer than the estimated lead time and I still haven't received my order. What should I do ?
Firstly, we would like to apologize. We work hard to reduce lead times and avoid delays, which we let you know about as and when they arise. If you’ve been waiting longer than you should have and you haven’t heard from us, go to ‘My orders’ (you’ll be prompted to log in if you’re not already) to track your items, or get in touch with us and we’ll give you the latest info.
What happens if I'm not at home when my items are delivered ?
If you are not home when DHL try to deliver, they will leave a card with your unique parcel reference number so you can arrange redelivery.
I've tracked my order with DHL and it says it's been lost, or has already been delivered, but I don't have it. What should I do ?
